The Federal Minister

The Federal Ministry of Constitutional Affairs, Reforms, Deregulation and Justice is headed by the Federal Minister of Constitutional Affairs, Reforms, Deregulation and Justice. He belongs to the supreme administrative organs of the Federal State and is a member of the Federal Government. He is responsible for the political management, coordination and supreme supervision of the ministry’s agendas including all associated service units.

On 18. December 2017, Dr. Joser Moser was sworn in as Federal Minister of Justice by Federal President Dr. Alexander van der Bellen. The handing-over of office took place in the Ministry’s building, the Palais Trautson, in the presence of high-ranking ministry officials, who extended him a warm welcome.

On 8. January 2018, Dr. Josef Moser was sworn in as Federal Minister of Constitutional Affairs, Reforms, Deregulation and Justice by the Federal President.
